GENERAL OVERVIEW
We offer a **32-day return window** for all items, whether defective or non-defective. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
WHAT OUR POLICY COVERS
Within 32 days of receiving your order, you may request:
• A full refund
• No exchanges — all cases are processed as returns only
After 32 days, we cannot accept return or refund requests, but our team is available to assist with questions or product concerns.
EXCLUSIONS
Returns cannot be accepted for:
• Products damaged by misuse or improper handling
• Items with shipping damage not reported within **48 hours**
All returned products must include the original packaging and accessories.
DISPUTED PAYMENTS
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or other dispute, you agree to:
• Pay a **$50 returned payment fee**
• Cover the outstanding balance of the original order
Unresolved cases may be forwarded to a collections agency if necessary.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

2. If the item is defective, attach clear photos.
3. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refunds are issued within **5 business days** after the product is received.
